🇪🇺 Europe

• Western Europe (Belgium, Netherlands neighbours): about 1–3 working days.

• Central & Southern Europe (France, Italy, Spain, etc.): about 2–5 working days.

• Northern Europe (Sweden, Scandinavia): about 3–5 working days.

Outside Europe

• United States & Canada: about 6–9 working days.

• Rest of World (Asia, Africa, South America, Oceania): typically 6–20+ working days depending on the distance and customs delays.

 

We want you to be happy with your purchase from Jaira. If for any reason you are not satisfied, returns are accepted under the following conditions:

• Returns must be requested within 14 days of receiving your order.

• Items must be unused, clean, and in original condition, free from hair, dirt, odors, or signs of wear.

• Pads and blankets may only be tried on clean horses or with a protective sheet underneath. If you’re unsure whether it will fit, click here to find the right size.

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is faulty or incorrectly supplied.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund or exchange. Items that do not meet these conditions cannot be accepted.
